Certifications & Documents
For SOFREVA, reliable food production is a fundamental part of our brand philosophy. Developing organic and clean-label products is important, but ensuring that production is independently controlled, verified and documented is equally essential.
Our certified products are prepared in accordance with the requirements of the organic certification systems applicable to their individual certification scope and intended markets.
Organic certification provides a controlled framework covering areas such as ingredient sourcing, production, storage, packaging, traceability and documentation. These controls support product integrity and provide customers, importers and business partners with greater confidence in the supply chain.
SOFREVA regards certification not simply as a regulatory requirement, but as part of its responsibility to maintain transparency, consistency and internationally aligned production standards.
Türkiye Organic Certification
SOFREVA’s certified organic products intended for the Turkish market are produced within the framework of Türkiye’s organic agriculture legislation and applicable control requirements.
Production and handling activities are reviewed by authorised certification bodies in accordance with the relevant certification scope.
The Türkiye Organic logo and certification references are displayed only on products covered by the applicable certificate.
The Türkiye organic control system supports:
• the use of approved organic raw materials
• controlled production and handling processes
• traceability throughout the supply chain
• restrictions on prohibited substances and practices
• independent inspection and certification
European Union Organic Certification
Selected SOFREVA products are covered by certification aligned with the European Union organic production and labelling framework.
The EU organic control system establishes requirements for organic raw materials, processing, traceability, storage, documentation and independent inspection.
The EU Organic logo, control-body code and agricultural-origin statement are used only where the individual product and label meet the applicable requirements.
The European Union organic framework requires:

• traceable production and handling
• documented control procedures
• independent inspection
• compliance with applicable organic labelling rules
USDA Organic Certification
Selected SOFREVA products are certified within the scope of the USDA National Organic Program for the United States market.
The USDA organic system is based on documented organic handling, controlled production processes, traceability and ongoing certification oversight.
The USDA Organic seal is displayed only on products specifically included within the relevant certified product scope.
The USDA organic framework supports:
• the use of certified organic ingredients
• controlled handling and production
• traceable records and documentation
• restrictions on prohibited substances
• regular certification review and inspection
